At BoraSense, we aim to ship all orders as discreetly, safely, and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been handed over to our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Most orders arrive within the lower end of the estimated delivery window.

Shipping Costs

No reference to BoraSense or product contents will appear on the outside of the package.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
While BoraSense will always assist in resolving shipping issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
BoraSense is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional processing time.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
Customs processing times may vary by country and may affect delivery times.
