In accordance with applicable consumer laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

This may include, but is not limited to, delivery confirmation, tracking information, billing and shipping details, IP address, and order history to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
If you do not recognize a transaction or experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask you to contact us first at support@borasense.com before initiating a chargeback, so we can assist you promptly.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery confirmation and transaction verification data may be used as evidence in resolving payment disputes.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with BoraSense.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or services provided by BoraSense.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, your information may also be processed by Shopify and its partners.
